About Me
I initially came into college undecided. I was considering majoring in chemistry or criminal justice because I really wanted to do something with toxicology. After one semester at Stockton, I found the perfect major for myself – Environmental Science. My concentration is Environmental Quality because I am interested in soil, water, and air and I want to do whatever I can to keep them in the best condition possible. I chose to minor in Anthropology because I hope that understanding people/society better will help me understand how humans interact with the environment.
I'm from Douglassville, Pennsylvania and when I am home, I live with my parents, younger sister, two dogs (a German Shepard and a pitbull mix), and a very fat cat. For fun, I like to run around in circles... I mean I run track. Track consumes a lot of my life but I don't know where I would be without it. Seriously, I could be at a completely different college if it wasn't for track that lead me to find Stockton. While I'm at Stockton, I am an officer for SAVE (Stockton Action Volunteers for the Environment), I am a SAAC (Student Athlete Advisory Committee) representative for track and field, and recently I became a SAAC representative for Stockton in the New Jersey Athletic Conference. |
